1/16 DIN Universal Process Indicator
Single loop Universal Process Indicator & Controller CHDS4 receives temperature, flow rate, pressure, and other types of measurement readings from sensors & transmitters, and sends corresponding signals to your PLC for controlling. With a intuitive interface to program range and decimal point through the keypad, CHDS4 allows inexperienced instrumentation operators easy installation and start-up to most processes.
Overview
Aposun brand Universal Process Indicator CHDS4 combines, in one compact and convenient 1/16 DIN enclosure, a high precision microprocessor-based analog circuit with a very simple configuration interface to monitor a wide range of analog variables.

Main Features
- The display is available with red & green LEDs
- The 1/16 Din case meets NEMA 4X(IP65) specifications from the front when panel mounted
- This low-cost tough versatile process indicator is compatible with most common thermocouples, Pt100 RTD and linear as 4 to 20 mA and mV.
- With an intuitive interface to program range(-1999~9999) and decimal point through the keypad
- Loop powered process indicator: 12V or 24V DC for external signal conditioners
- Sampling speed: 6~8times/sec.
- Built-in thermocouple automatic cold junction compensation
- Non-Volatile Memory: All programmed settings are stored in nonvolatile memory for a minimum of ten years if power is lost.
- Any setup functions can be locked out for simplified usage and security.
- Digital panel indicator with control function (limit value monitoring, mathematics, differential pressure and linearization,…)
