Warranty Policy
All the Aposun brand products come with a manufacturer’s 12-month warranty. If you encounter any problems with your product during this time period, simply return it to where it was purchased for a brand new replacement. If you cannot contact your retailer, then please email us at sale@aposunmeter.com for assistance.
In addition, the following are excluded from Aposun warranty cover:
- Products purchased as 2nd hand or used
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
- Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action
- Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, liquid
- Damage resulted from natural disaster
- Damage caused to any 3rd party / person / device and beyond
